Our body is our connection to the world. Your body is your home!
Through it, you discover your own foundation and then you build your own sense of self.
Movement is one of the languages we use to express ourselves. It allows us to embody our emotions, to create from our own experience and to connect with others.
But how do we express our inner selves through movement?
This is where HOME comes in. We approach movement using holistic and simple methods to build up your own movement practice in a safe space that fosters self empowerment, expression and inclusion. We create a set of tools for you to express your inner self.
This could take on anything from Physical Preparation (think strength work), Mobility and Dynamic Conditioning (think pattern acquisition and flow - putting pieces together) to Internal Work (think of journaling, introspection and meditation practices), Co-Ordination and Movement Creativity (think free flowing dance, acrobatics and movement games).

WHY Choose Home?
(The Movement Version)
HOME classes are built around six pillars of movement (hence the hexagonal part of the logo)
- Physical Preparedness (think of strength work here, whether with weight or without)
- Mobility (think about working on joint ranges and fascial pliability)
- Dynamic Conditioning (think of pattern installation in the body and stringing combinations together)
- Internal Work (think about meditation, journaling and somatic practice)
- Movement Creativity (think of acrobatics, dance and movement games)
- Coordination (think of balance, partner work and problem solving)
As this practice approach begins to take root and be installed through the human structure, those facets come together and are distilled to form a complete movement practice (hence the circle around the logo). This level of exploration and in depth working allows for a fully immersive and rounded approach to movement itself.
Each class focuses on one specific pillar, so each class provides a different focus. Whether you are new to a movement practice, just want to combat a more sedentary lifestyle or you just want to change the way you move. Each class is available to everyone at every level.
